Dr Sabrina Pit is the Founder of Work Wiser International. She has been a researcher for over 20 years.

She has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research, stakeholder consultation, data management, survey design and analyses, statistical analyses and program evaluation.

Sabrina is able to implement evidence-based research outcomes into business practices to improve the well-being and work ability of people, teams and organisations.

Sabrina can help you, your team or organisation work towards your own sustainable employability.

She has experience in effectively mapping and analysing health, quality of life, burnout, ‘presenteeism’, absenteeism, and work ability of people.

Sabrina has a PhD in Health Behaviour (University of Newcastle), a Master of Science -Household & Consumer Sciences – Business & Health, (Wageningen University, The Netherlands), a Diploma in Work Health and Safety (RMIT University), a Diploma in Frontline Management (Austraining) and is a Certified Career Potential Radar Coach.

She is a board member of St Andrews Aged Care Services Provider NSW.

She is a Committee Member of Standards Australia Technical Committee 260 Human Resources Management and is a Committee Member of the International Standards Organisation Taskforce Committee ‘Sustainable Employability’.

Sabrina is a member of the Australian Institute of Management, Women On Boards, the Environmental Management Systems Association, the Australasian Association of Gerontology and the Public Health Association of Australia Inc.

Sabrina has published her work extensively and in top medical peer-reviewed journals such as the British Medical Journal.

She is very passionate about: pushing the boundaries, sustainable employability, older people, migrants, research and learning from the wisdom of our elders and encouraging others to do the same.
